The candidate will join a team responsible for the analysis of entities that generate Counterparty, Treasury Investment and or third party provider risk to Webster Bank.The candidate will prepare analyses that include annual reviews, credit approval documents for new or existing exposures, ongoing monitoring of risks in the portfolio and comprehensive quarterly reporting.  The position reports to the Senior Credit Executive, Treasury & Counterparty.The candidate must have 1-4 years of experience in related field; a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (advanced degree preferred and completion of a formal credit training program is desired); technically proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and other software applications related to the position (such as SNL); good written and verbal communication skills; critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity; superb analytical, organization, communication, leadership and project management skills; ability to multi task and prioritize while working in a fast paced environment; ability to work with associates at various levels.
