BSA Compliance/Financial Intelligence Unit is seeking a Risk Testing and Analytics Analyst.

Position Summary:

Perform testing for model validations of the corporate-wide Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) systems and applications, which includes the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, Politically Exposed Person, and Office of Foreign Assets Control systems, in order to ensure that the systems are compliant with regulatory requirements and guidance for Model Validation. Position also responsible for analytics and Board level reporting for BSA/FIU production numbers and trending.

 

Duties Include:

  • Test or perform oversight over testing of model components and the overall functioning of the model to ensure it is performing as intended;
  • Perform, coordinate and/or track any outcome analysis and user-acceptance testing as needed;
  • Provide testing analysis and documentation needed for monitoring and reporting;
  • Escalate any issues or gaps identified to the BSA MIS Manager;
  • Performing User Access reviews to ensure authorized access to the BSA Systems

  • Perform analytic and metric reporting
  • Other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Majors in mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, accounting, business, management, economics preferred
  • Background in banking or financial services environment preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, Tableau and database concepts preferred.
  • Strong analytical, computer, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
